How would the state know if someone canceled coverage on a car? The only times they check for insurance are when you register and if you're pulled over. If one were to register the car in summer when it is insured, the first is resolved, and if one is not driving the car, they cannot be pulled over. I find it hypocritical that a site full of people who drive on test pipes and with other illegal road-use modifications would also have people who worry about things like this. lol
